The technical committee will propose new rules at the council meeting in Sligo. Please check this link to access them.
This is mostly relatively minor stuff concerning sail windows & tidying up to bring rules up to date so they reflect current sail making practices. Most of these changes should have been part of the 2003 rule changes that allowed laminate sails.
