The Bloody Mary is back for another magical day on Saturday 10th January, 2015. Planning is at full speed for the 6th leg of the GJW Direct SailJuice Winter Series with even more improvements to make a perfect Bloody Mary.

Top Tips:

  1. No paperwork... if you enter online (Only under 18s do need to hand in their parental consent form on the day)
  2. No club briefing... the Bloody Mary briefing is online
  3. No worries... our website www.thebloodymary.org.ukhas more top tips, facts, photos, history and videos.

The Bloody Mary is open to all dinghy classes with a PY number equal to or lower than the International Topper, it takes the form of a Pursuit Race with the slowest boat starting first and the faster boats starting progressively later depending on a handicap rating which is set by the Race Committee.

Watch last year's event to find out more about this famous dinghy handicap race

Online entry will close at midnight Wednesday 7th January – this year there is an entry limit, so enter early to avoid disappointment! Entries will be accepted on the day until the entry limit is reached.

The Entry desk will open at 8:00am on Saturday 10th January and close at 12:00pm, please arrive early and head to the clubhouse to complete the forms.

We look forward to seeing you this year at Queen Mary Sailing Club.
