Club Info

The venue for the excellent 2007 Fireball national championships and home to a large home fleet.  An area with incredibly reliable sea breezes in summer, and as one of the driest and sunniest parts of the country.

Accommodation

A camp site is available right next to the club, B&Bs and hotels are available close by.

Directions

Sixty minutes from the outskirts of London and 45 minutes from the M25 - Brightlingsea is easily accessible for those living to the North East of the capital. Brightlingsea is just 60 minutes drive from the fringes of London, and only 45 minutes from the M25. Chelmsford and Ipswich are 30 mins distance and 15 mins brings you in from Colchester or Clacton.

To find our club, first get yourself to Brightlingsea. Then, the sailing club is located at the lower end of the town, in Oyster Tank Road, off Colne Road - the entrance is opposite the Sun pub. If you follow the signs to the Waterfront, rather than the town centre, you shouldn't miss us.
